Our famous Cacao Meat Seasoning was made at Utah State University using our own roasted cocoa nibs. It is fantastic on beef, pork, and lamb! Usage: Use 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of seasoning per lb. of meat. Place seasoning in a bowl, we meat with water and roll in seasoning until covered. Cook immediately or let marinate in refrigerator 1-24 hours. Roast, broil, or barbecue as desired. To seal in juices, quickly sear meat over high heat, then reduce heat to prevent burning and cook to desired doneness.
